Formational Learning Internship
“…whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Matthew 20:26b-28).
An internship at His Mansion is first and foremost an opportunity for students to serve suffering men and women. It is an opportunity to respond to the call of Christ to care for “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40). At His Mansion, students will get an opportunity to enter into the process of heart transformation in the lives of men and women. Classrooms only go so far. We desire to draw students out of the classroom and into the trenches, helping them to experientially learn what soul care and ministry looks like on the ground. An internship at His Mansion will provide an opportunity for students to gain practical experience alongside their academic studies. The Lord is powerfully present and at work at His Mansion and students who come here should expect to be changed by their internship experience. Service at His Mansion is for any compassionate and humble student who desires to learn and is eager to serve people who need Jesus as a person who needs Him too.
