Serve at His Mansion

Service Opportunities at His Mansion

His Mansion Ministries could not exist without the faithful service of many people. There are several ways to serve at His Mansion:

Workgroups are an opportunity for you to participate in what God is doing in the lives of the men and women on The Hill. By working and Living alongside our residents and staff you will become a part of both the physical, relational, and spiritual work being accomplished at His Mansion. Your time with us will include working in one of our four work crews (maintaining the operation components of our 360 acre property), times of worship and prayer, and three meals a day with our residents and staff in Griggs dining hall. Evening activities include testimonies from our residents, participating in free time with the residents and staff, or time to fellowship as a group.

Servant Leader Program

We are continually looking for men and women between the ages of 18-35 to be a part of our Servant Leader program. Servant Leaders have the chance to be on the ground floor of what Christ is doing here at His Mansion. As they disciple-by-doing a Servant Leader will be a part of the residents lives in every way. Whether it is during work, class, or life in the dorms a Servant Leader receives firsthand experience in disciple-making. For more information, please click here. To apply, see our Servant Leader Application.

Long-Term Staff

The Long Term Staff (LTS) positions are of great importance. They fill the administrative, counseling, and management roles necessary for the ministry to run day-to-day. As LTS, you also play a major roll in the spiritual and physical well-being of the mentors and residents. Housing and utilities are provided on property, but all LTS are considered missionaries and are required to arrange financial support for themselves and their family. For more information see our Long Term Staff page.
