Director of Programs

Our Senior Leadership Team is looking for a motivated Director of Programs who can take full ownership of the His Mansion Ministries addiction recovery program. Qualified individuals should have previous management experience in addiction recovery operations with the strong ability to develop and lead staff. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the program, the Director must also maintain a learning environment focused on developing and retaining a quality team. This position requires someone who is highly organized to ensure daily operational tasks are completed and compliance is maintained while simultaneously fostering a learning environment for his or her team that leads to long-term employee retention. Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator oversees all professional development at His Mansion Ministries through hosting creative training events and educational programs. Responsibilities include communicating with staff to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Women’s Biblical-Pastoral Counselor

Women’s Program Administrator

The Women’s Program Administrator will exemplify the mission of His Mansion for the Program department as well as supervise, guide, and discipline the female Residents and Servant Leaders in their emotional and relational development. This role encompasses an understanding of addiction, trauma, and human behavior. Qualified individuals should have previous experience in addiction recovery operations and a proven ability to lead and mentor a large number of individuals.
