Executive Director
Frank Vitale
Frank Vitale serves as the Executive Director. Frank has many years of ministry experience including serving on staff at Camp Berea, Groton Bible Chapel, and Riverbank Church. He’s excited to be stepping into this leadership role, looking for opportunities to help grow His Mansion that we may continue helping restore broken lives through Christ. His innovative spirit and leadership guidance are a great addition to our ministry team.
Chief Operating Officer
Courtney Jones
Courtney Jones is the Chief Operating Officer at His Mansion. He has served in the ministry in several capacities including counselor, teacher, and most recently as the Director of Programs.
Having been led to His Mansion in 2009 when he entered the Resident Program, the Lord used this time to turn Courtney’s life around and in the process, opened doors for Courtney to join the staff.
The call to serve and minister at His Mansion has been a blessing to Courtney in many ways. He and his wife, Noelle, met at the ministry while she served as a counselor and instructor. They married in 2015 and have since had three beautiful children.
Director of Programs
Mark Bodanza
Mark Bodanza serves as the Director of Programs at His Mansion. He has worked in several leadership positions in ministry and in the secular environment. Currently, he serves on staff at a local church and instructs online courses in biblical counseling for a bible college. Mark enjoys teaching and developing people in the ministry for the work of the Lord. He and his wife Jennifer have been married since 2001 and have seven children.
Director of Operations
Armand Paladino
Armand Paladino serves as the Director of Operations at His Mansion. Armand has served in various roles of ministry, which include: Area Director of a Men’s Discipleship ministry, Church Elder, ministry boards, and multiple church ministry roles. Also, he brings a wealth of knowledge to His Mansion with his background in Operations, Administration and facility management, both in ministry and secular environments. Armand believes the work projects at His Mansion provide a great opportunity for discipleship with staff and residents. Armand and his wife, Madeline, have been married since 1987, and have four children and five grandchildren.
